Over the years I have been to so many weddings, festivals and other gatherings that have been no more than a footnote in my diaries.

I have decided to record these events from this time forward so that there is a formal record for posterity. When memory fails, the written word will prevail! On occasion, I will record my own feelings ( i.e. those of Bremerial's alter ego) along with Bremerial's own thoughts.

Alyisa recites softly:
"We will now have a musical duet our favorite twins, Lady Wray and Lady Wuddly!"

Wray tests her cymbals with a gentle thump, then raises her head with a smile and begins a rapid beat.

Wray sings:
"Once dere was dis sorceress
Wit' eyes o' violet hue
We met 'er at da park one day
Jest me an' Wuddly, too!"

Wuddly nods to Wray.

Wuddly sings:
"She told us o' a warrior
Wit' wolfhide leather pants
An' e'en though he's giantkin
He has da gift o' dance!"

Holding the cymbals lightly in her hand, Wray builds a rapid rhythm, rising and falling with drama and emotion.

Wray sings:
"She speaked o' weddin's on da beach
O' love an' true romance
She were lookin' fer a singer
So we jumped t' take da chance!"

Wuddly sings:
"We ne'er singed a song afore
We gots t' tell da truth
But t' see da giant dance?
We had t' have some proof!"

Wray sings:
"So here's a l'il ditty
Be patient if ye may
We gots a little song for ye
T' celebrate da day!"

Wuddly sings:
"Because we'd hurt yer ears all else
A kind ol' wizard did oblige
Once we begged and plead'd fer her help!
Krystanne's Auntie Sairai did a song provide!"
Wray plays a quick rhythm on her cymbals, her toes tapping along.

Wray sings:
"So dis one be for Caleanon
She used Krystanne's name
T' sing about her love fer him
N' brag about his fame."

Concentric circles of gilded light fall across the pale-colored sands, surrounding Wray and Wuddly in their brilliance.

Wray sings:
"Knight in shining armor
Righting the darkness of life
You are my warrior
Shining star to me.
Take my hand
Adventures we'll share
No limits for us
Nothing we can't do
Elanthia's our world."

Wray sings:
"Adventures we'll share
Not having a care
Day by day, hour by hour, year by year."

Wuddly sings:
"An dis one be for Krystanne
Usin' Caleanon's name this time
T' sing about his love fer her
And kinda ..sorta rhyme."

Krystanne smooches Wray on the cheek.
Krystanne gives Wuddly a quick little smooch.
Caleanon heartily says, "Thanks, Wuddy an' Wray."

Alyisa recites softly:
"Love is a friendship that has caught fire
It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, and sharing and forgiving."

Alyisa recites softly:
"If you have love in your life,
It can make up for a great many things you lack.
If you don't have it, no matter what else there is
It is not enough! Search for it, pray for it, and share it."

Alyisa recites softly:
"The wedding ring is the outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual bond which unites two loyal hearts in endless love."

Alyisa raises a hand while murmuring a soft orison...
A striking crimson heart buds across the face of the wedding altar, bleeding away until nothing is left behind, save the former paleness of the rock.

Alyisa smiles as searing white light enfolds the bands for a moment and then appears to become incorporated into them.

As the rings are blessed the aura surrounding the altar suddenly glows brighter, bathing the cliffs with golden light.

The altar flashes one last time, its radiant light enveloping the bride and groom in its soft glow.

Alyisa turns to face Caleanon.

Qitha turns an inquisitive ear towards Caleanon.
Caleanon nods.
Speaking heartily to Krystanne, Caleanon says, "Ever since we met, me's known what ye be special; the kind o' person one can only dream o' meetin'. Nae a day goes by what me nae thinks 'bout how lucky me be dat Alornen introduced us."

Tendrils of golden light embrace the shadows of Caleanon's face as he speaks of his beloved.

Me first fell in love wit' ye when me saw how deeply ye care for yer friends, an' how ye goes out o' yer way t' help e'en yer newest acquaintances. My love for ye has only grown o'er time, as me's had da privilege o' gettin' t' know ye better. Me loves da way we kin talk 'bout everythin' an' nothin' for hours on end, an' the way ye listens an' understands me."

Speaking heartily to Krystanne, Caleanon says, "Havin' ye in me life feels like me finally has da piece o' me what me had nae e'en known was missin' afore me met ye. Ye makes me heart sing an' me soul fly. Bein' away from ye be da most difficult thing me kin imagines. Merely bein' near ye makes me happy. Yer happiness, yer friendship, an' yer love mean more t' me den anythin' else in da world. Today, me takes ye as me wife. Me promises what me love fer ye will continue t' grow every day. Me promises t' share in yer laughter an' tears. Me promises t' do everythin' me kin t' ensure dat times o' laughter be many an' tears be few. Me promises t' try t' make all o' yer dreams come true an' keep ye happy. Me promises t' be supportive an' protective o' ye. Me promises t' cherish an' love ye until da end o' time."

Krystanne gives Caleanon a loving gaze, and the two smile at each other widely.

Speaking heartily to Krystanne, Caleanon says: "Me be proud t'day t' kneel wit' ye at dis altar an' become as one wit' ye. Me gives ye me name an' pledges t' ye me everlastin' love. Wit' dis ring thee me weds."

Krystanne nods to Alyisa.
Krystanne clears her throat.

Speaking to Caleanon, Krystanne says, "Before we met my path was that of summoning demons, implosions and dismemberment. Love of another person was not something I saw or wanted in my future. I thought it quite silly actually. But then you led me down a different path, one were my eyes were opened to a different purpose. When I gaze into your eyes I feel your love and passion and it gave me a desire to create life rather than take it."

Warmth and deep joy play up the expressive features of Krystanne's face, accentuating her smile as she speaks.

Speaking to Caleanon, Krystanne says, "I have grown so much in the short time that you have come into my life. You fill me with wonder and respect. When we share our dreams my heart aches with joy for the tenderness you show me. I love your quick wit, your intelligence and great sense of humor. I love that you love the same quirky things that I do. That you're always there for me, even when I act foolishly. "

Speaking to Caleanon, Krystanne says, "I love that you get me. I love that you are fiercely loyal. I love that together we discover the meaning of life, that everything we do is fun and an adventure. I love the little things you say and do that speak volumes about how much you care. I love when I look into your eyes, I see the reflection of the me I want to be. I love that I can be myself when I am with you and share anything with you, that you make me a better person."

Speaking to Caleanon, Krystanne says, "I love that you miss me when we are apart and that you love me when we are together. I love that I can't stop smiling when I think about you. I love the protected way I feel when your arms are wrapped around me. I love that you weave amazing tales of adventure for me and whisper them in my ear. I love that our souls speak a silent language of their own, even when no words are spoken that our minds are filled with each other's thoughts."

Speaking to Caleanon, Krystanne says, "I take you as my husband, I promise to love you unconditionally. I promise to cherish, and to never disrespect the life we share. I promise to be a companion worthy of your precious friendship. I promise you honestly and loyalty. I promise you commitment and respect. I vow to always put you first in my life, always be there to comfort you in your sorrow and rejoice with you in your victories, to work though the things life throws in our path. I vow to not implode you or our future children, ....on purpose anyway. I promise to care for your limbs, not remove them. And.... I will keep the demon summoning to a minimum. I always knew that you were the one that could look into my eyes and see my soul. I thank the gods everyday that you were brought into my life, and I thank you for loving me."

Caleanon gives Krystanne a loving gaze, and the two smile at each other widely.

Speaking to Caleanon, Krystanne says, "I promise to cherish and love you until the end of time. I am proud to kneel with you at this alter and become as one with you. To take your name and pledge to you my everlasting love. With this ring I thee wed.

Krystanne casts her vote with an emphatic "Aye!"
Caleanon grins at Krystanne.
Krystanne says, "I do."

Alyisa recites softly:
"Marriage symbolizes the intimate sharing of your lives,
Whereby this sharing will not diminish,
But rather enhance the beautiful individuality of each of you."

Alyisa recites softly:
"Through this intimacy, you will learn that unconditional love
Is the key to supporting and nurturing each other's individual growth."

Alyisa recites softly:
"And now, in accordance with Elanthian Law..."

"In as much as you have each pledged to the other your lifelong commitment, love and devotion...

{The guests let out resounding cheers and applause}

Speaking softly to Caleanon, Alyisa says, "You may kiss your bride."

Caleanon kisses Krystanne for what seems like an eternity.

Alyisa recites softly:
"Friends, may I have your attention please!
Please join the newlyweds in the reception area.
Thank you!"
